This 4-month package allows us to dive into having your biz set up in a way that supports you now - and for the future. This is not a cookie-cutter system but a customized package built around what you need.
Coaching + Strategy + Systems
Pillars of this 4-month package:
Time management + productivity: We will take a look at how you work best and ways to maximize the time in your busy schedule.
Systems + workflows: In looking at your workload, we’ll look at those repeatable processes that can be organized to keep you from reinventing the wheel each time. Building this awareness into your biz will also help you hire a virtual assistant when the time is right.
Mindset + limiting beliefs: Nothing brings up all your “stuff” more than building a business. Have trouble being on social media? Maybe there is a shift that should happen for you around visibility. Have trouble charging for your services? Maybe there your relationship with money should be looked at. Truth be told, until you’ve uncovered what could be holding you back, any step-by-step process won’t be successful.
Marketing + messaging: In order to get new clients, you need to be marketing. How that looks to you can be different than other’s in your industry but it does need to happen. The key is finding that sweet spot that aligns with you and your values.
This package includes:
(1) 90 minute planning + clarity session to nail down the main focus of our 4-months together.
(7) 45 - 60 minute strategy + coaching sessions, scheduled every other week.
Deeper explanation and exploration around strategies that work with you and how you work best.
Personalized care for you, the business owner as well as support for your biz.
An action plan and check-list for the time between calls.
Recommended platforms and resources plus a copy of my online business hub Trello board to help you get organized as we go.
Customized Trello project management board, created just for you and your business. Walk-thrus on using it and centralized place where we work together on moving you forward. (optional Google Doc instead if you want ease!)
Optional recording of each call to review and stay motivated.
Unlimited support via email or Voxer between calls (with a 24 hour response during business hours). It’s like having a coach in your pocket the whole time we are working together!
Total investment:
$300 per month for 4 months or $1200 paid in full.
*The paid in full investment gives you two additional 30-minute follow up sessions. One 4-weeks after us working together and the remaining to be scheduled within 90 days - when you feel you need another set of eyes on a project or just a boost of confidence.
